It will be hard to argue with anyone regarding their mom's cooking. In some respect, there are always some memories in which your mother made your meals special, your gastronomic experience memorable.
We too thought our mother's cooking to be - out of this world. She managed to make even the simples of fares tasty and unique.
At some point in our stay in Durgapur, mummy had the occasion of taking cooking lessons from a friend of hers, Mrs. Bhalla. Mother came back with the most amazing recipes that she would try out subsequently.
The cottage-cheese pizza she made in our very basic science-fictiony aluminum oven were, well, out of this world. All of us siblings would weigh as many Domino's, Pizza Hut etc pizza-s against hers and we know what would absolutely floor us!
