Mom traveled quite a bit in her life since her father had a transferable job. She was born in Kalka (Haryana), and went on to grow up in various places - Agra (UP), Delhi, Ranchi (Jharkhand) and then Dehradun (Uttarakhand). After marriage she moved to Durgapur (WB) with dad, and on their retirement, parents came to the outskirts of Delhi. In the last few years of her life, she came to live in Gurugram, back as it were, to Haryana.
Dad spent his childhood in the Bijnor area of UP and then the family moved to Delhi. He studies in Kanpur and found his first job-training in Modinagar (UP, from where he moved to Sindri (Bihar). Then on to Durgapur where he spent a considerable portion of his life. After retirement he moved to the outskirts of Delhi, where he passed away.
